Recommended Recipe

  • Pickling the fish fillet
    • Wash 52.9oz (1.5kg) of fish fillet,
    • add the “Fish Fillets Pickled Seasoning Packet” and 0.4fl.oz (12ml) of cooking wine
    • gently mix to make the fish fillet smooth.
  • Stir-Frying soup base:
    • Add 2.7fl.oz (80ml) of cooking oil to the pot
    • Add the pickled cabbage and stir well
    • Add the fish bone and fish head to stir fry
    • Add 54.1fl.oz (1.6L) of boiling water and pour the seasoning packet in
    • Wait until boiling again
  • Cooking fish fillets
