SHIPPING POLICY

AsianMart is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of its customers. AsianMart proudly offers shipping services within the United States.

Currently, AsianMart does NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or any other US Islands. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get to your order to you as soon as possible.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, military bases or restricted properties.

Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times as well as unpredictable weather, availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within twenty four to forty eight (24-48) hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. It takes four to six (4-6) hours after shipping for UPS to update the status and whereabouts of your package on their website.

Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.

 

SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped via UPS and UPS SurePost (USPS). And delivery takes five to seven (5-7) business days after the shipping process.

Please be aware that we ship from our warehouse in New York, so if you live in the West Coast, it may take up to five to ten (5-10) business days for delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on some weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via our email at info@asianmart.com.

Shipping prices are measured according to weight and your location, our shipping costs can be checked at checkout before you make your purchase.

If your package is late or has been scanned as "delivered" and you have not received it, please allow a few extra days to pass. At times UPS and USPS scans the packages as delivered early before it arrives to you. If this is the case you can email us at info@asianmart.com so that we can look into it.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct and if you need your address edited or changed you can contact us through our email at info@asianmart.com.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

AsianMart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you can email us at info@asianmart.com so that we can contact the shipping carrier about the issue.

Unfortunately if your order is given to the USPS for delivery, we cannot contact them directly about your package and we encourage you to check with your local post office first.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

AsianMart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

CHARGES

Shipping charges can vary depending on any special offers and promotions.
