Refund/ Reshipping Policy

REFUND POLICY

For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Asianmart.com, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. 
 
By engaging Asianmart.com to provide products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
 
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

 

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our products and services are currently delivered through the internet, we do not have a physical store. Our products are imported to us from different countries around the world.

After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within twenty four to forty eight (24- 48) hours but could take as long as seventy two (72) hours to complete if there is a delay. 

 

GENERAL REFUND POLICY AND RETURN POLICY

For any pending transactions within three to five (3-5) business days of placing an order, we will cancel and notify you if payment has not been received.

Perishable items that have an expiration date of 2 weeks or more are not eligible for a refund unless the package has been tampered or damaged during transit.

If you still want to return the unused item(s) you may do so, but you DO have to pay for the shipping label and when we receive it we will refund you for the item(s).

If you choose to send us back the item please be sure to communicate with our customer service team at info@asiamart.com.

If you would like a refund for extra items that you bought in bulk, you may send them back to us for a refund. Make sure the items are not open or tampered with to be eligible for a refund.

For any return of an extra item, you DO have to pay for the shipping label and in this case it would not be refunded, unless we make an exception depending on the case.

For returns, when the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If items are missing or damaged, customers have to take pictures of what you have received in the original condition (all items should be visible). Otherwise, there is no guarantee that you will receive a refund or credit.

Any damaged packages must have a picture taken in their current condition in order for us to proceed with a claim to the carrier service. We recommend keeping the damaged package in its received condition up to 5 business days for investigation purposes by the carrier.

Failure to do as mentioned above may result in no credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

RESHIPMENT/ PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS

If the product(s)  you receive is/are damaged or expired, you have the option to request a replacement/ reshipment if the product(s) is/ are still available-

BUT they must meet 1 of the following conditions:

  1. The product(s) is/ are valued at $15 or more. 
  2. There are more than 3 products damaged. 

*If the damaged/ expired product(s) do not meet these conditions it may not be eligible for a reshipment and they will only be qualified for a refund.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

INTERNATIONAL CARDS

Using international credit/debit cards may cause extra delays or issues with the refund. We highly do not recommend using international credit/debit cards. We are not responsible with these issues with international credit/debit cards.  We highly recommend using domestic credit or debit cards.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts fifteen (15) days. In the event fifteen (15) days has passed since you made your purchase, Asianmart.com cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

No cancellation or refund of an order already delivered to the designated recipient shall be allowed, except for:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to us via info@asianmart.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without emailing us your reason.

If you purchase the product that is out of stock our customer service team will inform you immediately and refund the payment within three to five (3-5) business days of the refund date.

 

EXCHANGES

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@asianmart.com and send your item to:

We recommend that for high value orders, you choose the shipping option that provides insurance and a tracking number if it is applicable to your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for lost or missing packages.

SALE ITEMS

All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you do not plan to use these items within the next month, we suggest choosing an alternative item not on sale or you may contact us to confirm the expiry date is within your time frame.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Asianmart.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or making fraudulent orders on our site.

 Asianmart.com makes no representation or warranty about the products, including any representation that the products will be uninterrupted or error-free and provide the products (including content and information) on “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

SEVERABILITY

In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative.
