How to make Japchae

Boil the dried vermicelli noodle for about 10 minutes, drain and toss with sesame oil so that they don’t stick together
Prepare shredded marinated beef & various vegetables (shredded on onion, carrot, mushroom, green pepper & etc.) and pan-fry it with a little of bit salt
Mixed noodles & vegetables with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seed. Serve it with rice. Season the rinsed vermicelli with various spices.
