Sujebi Recipe

  • Mix potato flour with 1.25 cup of water. Knead gently until the mass of dough is smooth and resilient.
  • Cover the dough with a damp towel, and allow to rest for 20 ~ 30 minutes
    • Refrigerate for even more chewy taste
  • Torn and flatten dough to small one-bite-size
  • Add dough to boiling stock, and cook for 10 minutes
  • Boil the Sujebi with your favorite vegetables like pumpkin or potato
