Simple Black Bean Kongguksu

This recipe is a super simple twist on a popular summertime favorite in Korea! Typically soybeans are used for this soup, but I used black beans! I used black beans for no reason other than I like them! Super healthy and delicious.

Serves 4
1 cup black bean
400g somyun noodles
5 cups water
2 cucumbers
8-12 cherry tomatoes
salt to taste
