Korean Style BBQ Beef Bulgogi
If you love meat and all things delicious, then you're gonna love this dish! It's an authentic Korean style barbecue beef called bulgogi (불고기). Bulgogi meat has a subtly sweet flavor due to the sugar in the dish, and the juices that run off from the meat mixed with rice is super tasty! Bul 불 actually means fire and gogi 고기 means meat! So, if you directly translate it, it means fire meat! So strange because it's not spicy at all..

I also like to make ssam 쌈 with bulgogi meat, rice, garlic, and doenjang 된장 (which is a fermented soybean paste). Ssam is basically a lettuce wrap! It's very delicious and a great way to get your veggies in!

600g thinly slice meat (ribeye or sirloin)
3 tablespoons sake
6 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons chopped scallions
